Our Partners

Inspired Life has a number of key partners who are stakeholders in our vision and long term goals. They are providing opportunities to support our growth plans and also our goals to inspire young people, communities and organisations.

SportsAid are the British Charity for sport with a long history of funding and supporting emerging talent across a broad range of sports. In fact if they had been a country at the last Commonwealth Games they would have come 6th. Many of the iconic stars of British Sport including Gold Medallists were funded by SportsAid. Inspired Life is working with them in a number of ways, to pilot our programmes for free with young athletes to help them shape their aspirations and also to use Sports Aid ambassadors on our programmes as role models.

Central Bedfordshire Council

Central Bedfordshire Council’s Early Intervention team identified the need for role models in their schools for their young people and also the need for programmes to raise aspiration and self esteem.  Inspired Life was developed to meet this need and created a sustainable Community Interest Company to inspire young people, local communities and organisations. Inspired Life is providing assemblies and role model programmes and other activities to a number of school clusters and schools.

Family Matters Institute (FMI)

Family Matters Institute is a charity providing training, research and leadership on many issues around family life. They also run online services and communities for dads called www.dad.info. Inspired Life is helping develop inspiring material and resources alongside FMI for their contracts in Central Bedfordshire.

BOOST – Olympic Legacy Organisation for Bedfordshire

National Geographic Kids Magazine

Inspired Life has worked with National Geographic Kids Magazine on a number of occasions to provide interesting content, competitions and even stories for young journalists.

Chasing Zero

Chasing Zero was founded in 2011 to help inspire and educate young people to make a difference in the eradication of Aids worldwide. Their initiatives involve different resources and workshops to educate young people about HIV and Aids. They also encourage young people to act and raise funds to help provide education and treatment for people overseas using innovative ideas like selling ice-cream.

MTV Staying Alive Foundation

MTV Staying Alive Foundation have funded Chasing Zero and Inspired Life to deliver an Aids and HIV educational programme in schools to inspire young people to act on this global issue. The Chasing Zero and Inspired Life Project is the only UK project to be funded this year by the Foundation.  The project involves creating educational programmes including awareness of the issues, provide resources and helping young people to fund raise for overseas programmes.
